 How to Use a Discount Code?

 In case that you have a discount coupon, when you go to check out it's on the "Shipping Information" page, you will find an option where you need to apply the discount code.

What to do when the size tag or the color is different from the Order?

In case you find that the size or color you get is not the same as shown on the website. You could return them absolutely. (Please check our return policy)

Why was my order was cancelled?

Orders will be cancelled if Our Store cannot verify your billing information that was listed on the order.

Can I cancel or change something on my order?

If you need to cancel or change something on your order, Please email our customer care department at info@heryogastore.coimmediately.  

Please keep in mind that once the package has been processed and sent to the post office, we will not be able to make changes. 

What if my credit card is rejected?

You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card or make a correction.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will only be charged when your order is complete.
